We work closely with many certified public accounting firms both in and outside of the Grand Rapids area and provide them with everything they need to do tax preparation, streamlining the process for you.

The software we use is a specialized program used by CPAs all over the country. It is a Windows-based program with the added advantage of customizing financial statements to whatever our clients' needs may be. Of our over 100 clients, we have no two financial statement templates that are alike. "Canned" software does not meet the needs of the individual client, and we're here to help you receive statements that have the most benefit and value for you.

For additional cost savings, we offer the option of Checkbook Solution. This is a check-writing program which also tracks deposits and keeps your checkbook balance for your reference. At the end of each month that information is transferred to us via disk or email. This eliminates the need for us to enter your data manually—saving time and money.
